By accessing or using The Career Machine ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers who access or use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Cyber Toddler. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Platform, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase by contacting support.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways (including PayU and PayPal). We do not store or process your full credit card or banking details directly on our servers. Subscription Cycles & Renewals: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis according to the plan selected during checkout. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your in-app Billing settings or by emailing support. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including your resume, profile information, and career history. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to: • Store and process your content to provide career intelligence services • Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve platform models and benchmarks • Display your profile information to you through our interface We will not: • Sell your personal career data to third-party data brokers • Share your resume or personal details with employers without your explicit consent • Use your private resume data for external marketing campaigns

Our Platform utilizes artificial intelligence to provide career coaching, resume analysis, job matching, and interview prep. By using these features, you acknowledge that: AI Limitations: AI models provide guidance based on market data patterns, but outputs may not always be complete or applicable to every unique scenario. Not Professional Legal or Financial Advice: Career coaching, negotiation simulation, and salary information provided by the AI are for informational purposes and do not constitute formal legal, accounting, or career placement guarantees. No Employment Guarantee: While our tools are designed to maximize your hire probability, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job offers, or salary increases.

Our Platform integrates with and links to third-party services including job boards, learning platforms, and external company websites. Third-Party Content: Job postings aggregated from external platforms are provided for informational convenience. We do not endorse or guarantee the hiring practices of third-party employers. External Applications: When applying to jobs via external links, you are subject to the employer's and platform's respective terms and privacy policies.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Platform will always be uninterrupted or completely error-free • Market data feeds or third-party job listings will always be instantaneously current LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Toddler and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Cyber Toddler for access to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through the Account Settings or Billing pages. Upon account termination: • Your active access to paid features will cease in accordance with your billing cycle. • Your personal data will be managed and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales.
