How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings in your account and click 'Delete Account'. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email contact@cybertoddler.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'.

How accurate is the job market data?

Our data is collected directly from 16+ real job platforms including Greenhouse, Adzuna, Reed, USAJobs, and others. It's updated hourly, not manually curated.

Can employers see my profile?

No. Your profile, score, and career data are completely private. We do not share your information with employers without your explicit consent.

How does the AI Career Coach work?

Our AI coach uses your profile data, skills, target role, and real market intelligence to give you personalized advice. It's powered by advanced AI models.

Which countries is Career Machine available in?

The platform is available globally. We have job data for 50+ countries and salary data for 28 countries. The AI coach works in any language.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

Email contact@cybertoddler.com with a description of the issue, your browser, and steps to reproduce. You can also message us on WhatsApp. We'll fix it as quickly as possible.

Is there an employer or recruiter portal?

Not yet. Our employer portal is planned for a future release. If you're interested in early access, email contact@cybertoddler.com with the subject 'Employer Portal Interest'.
