Is the platform really free?: Yes. Career Machine provides complete, unrestricted access to every tool—including employability scoring, AI coaching, resume building, and job matching—completely free of charge. No paywalls, no hidden fees, ever.
How do I delete my account and data?: Go to Settings in your account and click 'Delete Account'. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email contact@thecareermachine.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'.
How accurate is the job market data?: Our data is collected directly from 16+ real job platforms. It's updated hourly, not manually curated, providing you with real-time market intelligence.
Can employers see my profile?: No. Your profile, score, and career data are completely private. We do not share your information with employers without your explicit consent.
How does the AI Career Coach work?: Our AI coach uses your profile data, skills, target role, and real market intelligence to give you personalized advice. Personal identifiers are removed before analysis.
Is there an employer or recruiter portal?: Yes, employers can post jobs directly to the platform. We do not charge employers to post open roles. This keeps our ecosystem accessible to all companies, large and small.
