About This Program
DBS Management Associate Programme is a 2-year rotational scheme preparing graduates for leadership at Asia's #1 bank (named Best Bank in the World 2018, 2020). Rotations across Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Technology.
What You'll Do
- 3-4 rotations × 6 months across DBS divisions
- Work on digital banking (DBS is a tech-forward bank, Platform of Platforms)
- Potential regional assignments (HK, Mumbai, Shanghai, Taipei)
- Fast-track to Vice President within 5-7 years
Eligibility
