About This Program

InStep is Infosys's selective 8-24 week internship for undergraduate, MBA, and PhD students from top universities worldwide. Interns work on strategic projects (consulting, research, software, business development) at Infosys HQ in Bangalore/Mysore.

What You'll Do

Work on strategic projects (not routine coding) — consulting, R&D, business strategy
Live at Infosys Global Education Center (Mysore) — world-class campus
Attend InStep summit with executives (Nandan Nilekani, etc.)
Travel across India (sponsored cultural tours)

Eligibility

Degree: Bachelor's (any), Master's, MBA, PhD
GPA: No strict minimum (competitive)
Preferred Majors: Any (CS, Business, Engineering, Design, Liberal Arts welcome)
Year Level: sophomore, junior, senior, graduate, mba1, mba2, phd

Compensation Breakdown

Base Salary

INR 50k-80k
