About This Program

V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is France's unique international graduate program. TotalEnergies V.I.Es work 12-24 months abroad at TotalEnergies subsidiaries (Angola, Qatar, Singapore, Brazil). Tax-free living allowance + flight + housing paid.

What You'll Do

Work 12-24 months abroad at a TotalEnergies office
Engineering (upstream oil/gas), trading, marketing, HR, or finance roles
Convert to full-time TotalEnergies after V.I.E completion
Tax-free status while abroad (massive savings)

Eligibility

Degree: Master's (French Grande École preferred)
GPA: No GPA minimum (Grande École pedigree matters)
Preferred Majors: Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical), Business (HEC, ESSEC), Finance
Year Level: graduate

V.I.E. requires EU citizenship (18-28 years old). French CDI (permanent contract) after.

Compensation Breakdown

Base Salary

EUR 30k-60k

Year 1 Total

EUR 65k

V.I.E. base + tax-free indemnity (varies by country, €2-5K/month). Country-specific adjustments. Convert to €55-70K CDI after.
