About This Program

Fast Stream is a 3-4 year accelerated leadership programme preparing graduates for senior civil service roles. Fellows rotate across government departments (Treasury, Cabinet Office, Foreign Office, DWP) and are promoted every 12-18 months.

What You'll Do

Rotate across 2-4 UK government departments
Develop policy, deliver major projects, advise ministers
Access the Civil Service Leadership Academy
Progress to Grade 7 (£50K+) within 3-4 years, then Senior Civil Service

Eligibility

Degree: Bachelor's (2:2 minimum), Master's
GPA: 2:2 degree classification (lower second-class honours)
Preferred Majors: Any degree accepted (STEM welcomed in Digital/Science streams)
Year Level: senior, graduate
