Japanese foundation's scholarship for orphaned African high school graduates to pursue undergraduate studies at universities worldwide. Requires return to home country after graduation to contribute to development. Awards ~50 scholarships annually across sub-Saharan Africa. Founded by Yoshiomi Tamai in 2014.
