About the RoleWe're looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive successful project delivery across the organization. This role has a specific twist: you'll need to build out large waterfall timelines with full delivery phases, then execute against them using Scrum Master ceremonies. If you're comfortable operating at the intersection of structured waterfall planning and Agile execution, this role is built for that.What You'll DoFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they're effective and productiveIdentify and remove obstacles impeding team progress, working with team members and stakeholders to resolve issuesChampion Agile principles and methodologies, providing coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholdersBuild out large waterfall timelines with full delivery phases, then execute against them using Scrum ceremoniesFoster a collaborative, inclusive team environment with open communicationMonitor and report on sprint and project progress using Agile tools to track performance and identify improvement areasLead the team in identifying and implementing process improvementsCollaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and prioritiesFacilitate communication between the team and stakeholders to maintain transparency and shared understandingWhat You BringCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certificationExperience with the Waterfall methodologyStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Familiarity with SAFe, including experience conducting PI planningWorking knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards
