Senior Front-End Developer Location : Poland Type : Contract Work model : Remote Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to build modern, scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture, with familiarity with Angular and Azure-based applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS. • Build reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable front-end architectures. • Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user experiences. • Implement state management, API integrations, caching, and client-side data solutions. • Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, AI, and Backend teams. • Support and modernize existing Angular applications. • Integrate applications with Azure-hosted APIs and cloud services. • Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, security, and deployment practices. • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices. • Develop AI-enabled interfaces including chatbots, intelligent assistants, semantic search, and AI agent experiences. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of professional front-end development experience. • 3+ years of enterprise React development experience. • Strong experience with: • React & TypeScript • JavaScript (ES6+) • HTML5 & CSS3/SCSS • Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar • REST API integration • Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright • Responsive and accessible web development • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud-hosted APIs. • Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and security. Preferred Qualifications • Angular and Next.js experience. • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and conversational UIs. • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search. • Experience building shared component libraries/design systems. • Experience with microservices and containerized architectures. • Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
