Data Analyst | Hybrid

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing data to develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools that drive operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and transform data into insights that support business decisions and organizational goals. - Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations. - Manage the reporting process, including data extraction, validation, analysis, documentation, and communication of results. - Monitor key business metrics and KPIs to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. - Support workforce analytics, operational reporting, survey administration, and performance measurement initiatives. - Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data quality and efficiency. - Present complex data in a clear and actionable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Provide business intelligence solutions and insights that support continuous improvement and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field . - Equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting may be considered. Experience - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Operations Analytics, or related disciplines. - Experience managing recurring reports, KPI scorecards, dashboards, and data-driven business insights. - Experience supporting stakeholders through requirements gathering, report delivery, and business recommendations. Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, and API integrations . - Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms , including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, AWS Analytics , or equivalent reporting solutions. Analytical Skills - Ability to perform trend analysis, variance analysis, KPI performance monitoring , data reconciliation, data validation and quality assurance and statistical and operational analysis . - Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations . Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with survey administration and reporting . - Familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS and survey platforms . - Experience in automating reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
