Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / React)

About the role A growing real estate company is hiring an in-house engineer to build a new system of record for the business. You'll own the project end to end — designing and building a core backend that becomes the company's single source of truth, plus the front end that sits on top of it. This includes API integrations and MLM (multi-level marketing) system connectivity as part of the platform's data flows. Key responsibilities • Design and build a core backend in Python that serves as the company's authoritative source of truth. • Build the front end (React) that gives the business a real interface into that data. • Integrate with external APIs and the company's MLM system to bring data into the new platform. • Own infrastructure and deployment on Azure — you'll run your own environment. • Work autonomously as the primary (initially sole) engineer on this build. About you • Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development. • Strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development. • Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your workflow. • Senior-level: able to independently architect, deploy, and manage your own Azure environment. • Self-directed — comfortable owning a project autonomously with minimal oversight. • Finance industry experience is a plus, not required.
