Backend Developer ( Email Infrastructure ) 1-3 years

Our platform combines AI, automation, and robust backend systems to power high-volume communication and enterprise workflows. We're looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Email Infrastructure to build, optimize, and maintain scalable email systems that ensure high deliverability, reliability, and performance. Roles & Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for email delivery and automation. • Build and optimize email sending infrastructure for high-volume outbound campaigns. • Configure and manage email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and reverse DNS. • Monitor sender reputation, inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, and email performance. • Integrate with email service providers and SMTP platforms such as Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill), or similar. • Develop APIs and backend services to support campaign management and email workflows. • Troubleshoot email delivery issues and optimize infrastructure for maximum deliverability. • Work with AI and product teams to build scalable outreach and communication systems. • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for backend services. • Maintain security, scalability, and high availability of backend applications. Required Skills - • 1-3 years of backend development experience. • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go. • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture. • Solid understanding of SMTP, email protocols, and transactional email systems. • Hands-on experience configuring: • SPF • DKIM • DMARC • MX Records • DNS • Reverse DNS (PTR) • Experience with email warm-up, sender reputation management, and deliverability best practices.
