About the Role
WHAT YOU'LL GET AT PRIME Join a project where you are not simply maintaining an existing system—you will have the opportunity to build a system from the ground up, starting from the initial concept and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. What you can look forward to: • Build a system from scratch — contribute to the architecture, technology, features, and product direction. • Create real-world impact — develop a solution with potential for nationwide application. • Own meaningful projects that contribute to PRIME's digital transformation. • Competitive compensation and health benefits • Professional development and learning opportunities • Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams • Opportunity to propose and implement your own ideas • Career growth and opportunities to attend international technology conferences • A dynamic workplace that values innovation, initiative, and continuous improvement WHAT YOU WILL BUILD You will be part of the team responsible for developing a scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital platform from the ground up. Your work may include: • Translating business requirements into system features and solutions • Designing the overall application architecture • Developing front-end and back-end components • Designing databases and data structures • Developing APIs and system integrations • Creating dashboards and user interfaces • Developing automation and workflow features • Testing and debugging the system • Deploying and maintaining the application • Improving system performance and scalability • Preparing the system for potential nationwide deployment and adoption KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Full-Stack Development • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications. • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces. • Develop back-end services, APIs, and business logic. • Design and manage databases and data models. • Integrate third-party platforms and internal systems. 2. System Architecture • Participate in designing the system architecture and technical framework. • Recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and development approaches. • Establish scalable development practices from the beginning. • Consider security, performance, scalability, and maintainability in system design. 3. Build From Scratch • Translate concepts and business requirements into working software. • Develop core features from initial prototype through production. • Establish coding standards, documentation, and development processes. • Take ownership of the system's technical development and continuous improvement. 4. Scalability & Nationwide Application • Develop the system with scalability and future expansion in mind. • Design solutions that can accommodate increasing users, data, and transactions. • Identify technical requirements for potential deployment across different locations and business environments. • Continuously improve the system based on user feedback and operational requirements. 5. Collaboration • Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Understand operational challenges and translate them into technology solutions. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Participate in planning, testing, implementation, and system reviews. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a developer who doesn't just ask: “What code do I need to write?” but also asks: “What problem are we solving, who will use this, and how can we build it to scale?” You should be someone who is: A BUILDER – Excited to create something from the ground up. A PROBLEM SOLVER – Able to turn complex business challenges into practical technology solutions. A PRODUCT THINKER – Considers the user's experience and the business value behind every feature. A SYSTEMS THINKER – Understands how individual components work together as one scalable system. AN INNOVATOR – Willing to explore new technologies and better ways of working. AN OWNER – Takes responsibility for the quality and success of what you build.
