Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems and applications. Make critical architectural decisions and set technical direction for projects. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for software development. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Significant experience in software architecture and design patterns. Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
