About the roleWe are looking for a reliable and organized person to support our marketing team in Munich. As a Working Student in Event Management, you will support the preparation, execution and follow-up of events. Your main responsibilities will be operational and administrative, ensuring that materials, data and organizational processes are prepared on time. In doing so, you will help lay the foundation for professional events and support the team in its day-to-day work. Your missionPreparing, organizing, packing and shipping event materialsOrdering and reordering giveaways, equipment and other event materialsManaging, maintaining and taking inventory of our event materialsSupporting events on siteCreating events in our systemsMaintaining event, participant and CRM dataSupporting participant management, from organizational preparation through to follow-upHandling the organizational preparation and follow-up of events
