The RolePlentific Services is Plentific’s own delivery arm. Rather than only connecting a housing provider with a contractor, we take end-to-end ownership of the work order: we agree the service and the fees with the client, source and vet the subcontractors who do the work, manage delivery through the Plentific platform, quality-check the output before the client sees it, and invoice at pre-agreed fees. Inspections and surveys are the first service line, and the business is moving from single programmes to several client contracts running side by side.As Supply Chain Specialist you will be the operational point of contact for both clients and contractors, working across several client contracts and several contractors at the same time. This is a hands-on delivery role in a service that is still being built, so you will help shape how it runs as volumes grow. Commercial decisions on client fees, subcontractor rates and contractor vetting sit with the Head of Property Operations, and you will feed into them.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day to day delivery of all Plentific Services work orders, taking whatever action is needed on and off the platform to keep each job moving to completion.Accept incoming job leads from clients, making sure the information and documents we need are in place before work starts and raising anything missing back to the client.Set each work order up correctly on the platform so it reaches the right subcontractor ready to be delivered.Manage delivery against the agreed service levels, tracking booking and completion times and escalating jobs at risk while there is still time to recover themResolve day to day issues with clients and contractors, from access and contact problems through to queries on the quality of what has been delivered, seeing each one through to closureReport on work order status daily, weekly and monthly, and flag the trends worth acting onSupport the commercial cycle, tracking client invoicing on completed work and raising the requests that trigger contractor paymentAct as the operational point of contact for clients and contractors, working with the named contacts on both sides to answer enquiries and keep relationships strongManage all the above across multiple clients and multiple contractors at the same timeHelp improve how the service runs as volumes grow, so delivery scales beyond manual follow-up RequirementsSkillsOrganised under volume, able to hold a large queue of live jobs and know which ones matter todayConfident and persistent in chasing clients and contractors without damaging the relationship
