JOB SUMMARY Key Responsibilities:Achieve deep understanding of business needs and processesEngage business leaders on current processes, gaps, and anticipated changesDrive efficiency through process mapping and identification of opportunitiesCreate systems for operating teams to use, primarily in Google Cloud PlatformProvide initial training and support for operating teams until they are self-sufficientDesign and conduct experiments to quantitatively identify best practicesQualifications (Required):SQLSpreadsheet managementQualifications (Preferred):University degree in a quantitative fieldComputer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econ, Math, MISDashboardingPythonYour journey to becoming a rockstar process analyst:1st two weeks: Learning the businessYou will complete side by sides with various departments, watching operating teams do their jobs and learning how various functions connect to each other2nd two weeks: Learning the tradeYou will work with other process analysts to support their ongoing system development and optimization. You may also have an internship with our analytics team to sharpen your data skills and acquaint you to GCPMonths 2-3: Taking Ownership & Adding ValueSupported by your manager and team, you will own a project from end-to-endLife as a process analyst:We have daily morning huddles, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and regular side-by-sides with operating teams.
