Data Analyst Specialist

Job Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and generating meaningful reports to support business decisions. The role involves developing data collection systems, maintaining databases, identifying trends, and providing insights that contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to management. • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies. • Retrieve, filter, clean, and organize data from primary and secondary sources to ensure accurate analysis and reporting. • Align with management regarding data analysis requirements needed to support business operations and decision-making. • Prepare reports, dashboards, graphs, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Identify trends, process improvements, and opportunities for operational enhancement. • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related course. • Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst is an advantage. • Minimum 3-5 years of data analyst experience is required for this position. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including dashboards and data visualization. • Understanding of data management and database concepts. • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL database systems is required. • Positive work attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Willing to work full onsite at San Juan City.
