System Developer

Key Responsibilities System Development & Maintenance • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business systems, web applications, and databases • Create automation tools to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy • Develop system integrations between various platforms, applications, and databases • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems to ensure high performance and reliability • Manage system updates, enhancements, and technical documentation Database Management • Design and maintain databases, data structures, and data pipelines • Develop SQL queries, reports, and dashboards • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility AI-Assisted Development • Utilize Claude AI extensively for software development, code generation, debugging, code review, documentation, and technical problem solving • Apply prompt engineering techniques to maximize development efficiency and code quality • Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and development practices Business Process Improvement • Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions • Recommend and implement process improvements through technology and automation • Support digital transformation initiatives across departments Documentation & Support • Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and system flowcharts • Provide technical support and user training when needed • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - 1 to 2 years of experience in software development, system development, programming, or related roles is an advantage - Strong portfolio, thesis project, capstone project, freelance work, or personal development projects may be considered in lieu of work experience - Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering - Knowledge of automation tools, Google Apps Script, Power BI, or dashboard development - Understanding of system analysis, workflow design, and process automation - Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development frameworks is a plus Work Location: In person
