This unique team — inclusive of dozens of artists and PhDs/MDs specifically trained in turning complex scientific messages into simple, memorable illustrations, animations, apps, decks, and medical congress booth experiences. &nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking an <strong>Account Director</strong> to join our team with the goal of helping our clients strategise, manage and execute creative and compelling deliverables. &nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Please note: this is a UK based position working with a mostly US based team.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads cross-functional team for delivery of projects including medical animation and visualisation, digital tools, and congress booth experiences.</li> <li>Works on scientific visualisation and experiential accounts in proactive partnership with other Real Chemistry teams.</li> <li>Effectively anticipates client needs; acts on solutions with proper planning, informing, and delegation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Leads on account finances, including annual and quarterly forecasts, developing proposals, responding to budget/scope changes, and updating finance teams.</li> <li>Supports with mentoring and training of junior team members. &nbsp;</li> <li>Identifies areas for new business growth within assigned accounts and other areas.</li> <li>Supports with new business activities, including proposal development, responding to RFPs and pitching.</li> </ul> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This position is a perfect fit for you if:</strong> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Our Company values – <em>Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always</em> and <em>Accountability with an “I”</em> – really speak to you. &nbsp;</li> <li>You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.
