Eucalyptus is a genus of more than 700 species of flowering plants in the family Myrtaceae. Most species of Eucalyptus are trees, often mallees, and a few are shrubs. Along with several other genera in the tribe Eucalypteae, including Corymbia and Angophora, they are commonly known as eucalypts or "gum trees". Species of Eucalyptus have bark that is either smooth, fibrous, hard, or stringy and leaves that have oil glands. The sepals and petals are fused to form a "cap" or operculum over the stamens, hence the name from Greek eû 'well' and kaluptós 'covered'.

From CAC and contribution margin to free cash flow and scenario planning, you’ll be responsible for turning financial insight into action.</p> <p data-start="595" data-end="877">You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders across growth, operations, product, and care to shape the our Germany and AMEA Expansion Market's financial trajectory, while ensuring the business runs efficiently and invests wisely. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where the stakes, and the pace, are high.</p> <p data-start="879" data-end="1035">While this role is DE and Expansion market focused today, it has clear runway to grow into a broader European leadership role as we expand across new markets and business lines.</p> <h2 data-start="1042" data-end="1079"><strong data-start="1045" data-end="1079">What You’ll Be Responsible For</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-start="1083" data-end="1266"><strong data-start="1083" data-end="1113">Own the Germany and AMEA Expansion Market financial model</strong> — Build and manage end-to-end models for revenue, CAC, LTV, margin, and free cash flow. Your outputs will guide day-to-day decisions and long-term bets.</li> <li data-start="1269" data-end="1410"><strong data-start="1269" data-end="1298">Lead the planning process</strong> — Drive monthly re-forecasting, annual planning, and scenario modelling in close collaboration with Group FP&A.</li> <li data-start="1413" data-end="1565"><strong data-start="1413" data-end="1460">Be the commercial partner to growth and ops</strong> — Set CAC and payback targets, assess performance by cohort, and guide spend allocation to maximise ROI.</li> <li data-start="1568" data-end="1739"><strong data-start="1568" data-end="1615">Run commercial analysis that unlocks growth</strong> — Lead deep dives into pricing, retention, margin, and expansion levers to identify opportunities and recommend trade-offs.</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1920"><strong data-start="1742" data-end="1770">Make the numbers visible</strong> — Build dashboards and trackers for key DE performance metrics (e.g. contribution margin, CAC, LTV, cash flow), keeping the business tightly aligned.</li> <li data-start="1923" data-end="2065"><strong data-start="1923" data-end="1970">Ensure clean, accurate financial operations</strong> — Partner with Group Finance on reconciliations, cost allocation, and timely month-end closes.</li> <li data-start="2068" data-end="2202"><strong data-start="2068" data-end="2087">Build for scale</strong> — D
