About usSteuart Nutrition is a GMP-certified contract manufacturer making powders, liquids, capsules and stick packs for growing wellness brands. We run on Extreme Ownership, clear communication and fast turnaround, and we want a developer who works the same way.The roleWe're hiring a remote developer to own the customization of our training app. You'll learn the platform quickly, then build what our teams need to train and onboard people. Over time you'll also take on other internal tools and automations. AI-assisted development is central to how we work, so we want someone who uses AI tools to write and ship better code faster.What you'll doLearn our training app inside and out, then customize and extend itBuild features, integrations and automations with AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot and GrokTurn rough requests from the plant and office teams into working solutionsDocument your work so others can use it and maintain itGive regular, clear progress updatesWhat we're looking for3+ years of professional software developmentStrong, proven skill with AI-assisted coding: you know how to prompt, check and fix AI-generated codeA track record of quickly learning unfamiliar platforms and codebasesExperience with APIs, web apps and integrations (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python preferred)Excellent written English and consistent communicationAble to overlap at least 4 hours a day with US Eastern TimeBonus: experience with LMS or training platforms, or with manufacturing or regulated industries
