Senior Software Engineer (NestJS, Next JS, React Native, GCP is a plus)

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: On-site 3x a week) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-time / Project-based Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Software Engineer to spearhead our engineering team and drive the development of our enterprise-level applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on development, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards of quality. The ideal candidate possesses exposure in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and deep expertise in modern web/mobile frameworks, demonstrating a proven track record of scaling enterprise systems while fostering excellent cross-functional communication, integrity, and strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise-level applications using modern frameworks. • Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed. • AI Integration: Champion the use of AI tools and methodologies to streamline the development lifecycle, code generation, and testing processes. • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to align technical delivery with business objectives. • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage scalable cloud solutions leveraging GCP services. • Data Security & Confidentiality: Ensure that all processes and data pipelines remain strictly independent and siloed, ensuring that sensitive information is accessible only to authorized personnel. Qualifications & RequirementsExperience • Minimum of 6 years of total professional software engineering experience, with significant exposure to enterprise-level applications. • Technical Stack Expertise: • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Must have exposure; Having a certification is an advantage. • NextJS: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, enterprise-level experience. • NestJS: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, enterprise-level experience building robust backend APIs. • React Native: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing cross-platform mobile applications.
