Your missionYou communicate with our customers in writing and by telephoneYou maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo)You take over the administration and onboarding of new customers in the purchasing portalsYou process the supplier questionnaires and keep our associated information database up to dateYou develop templates and translationsYou work on process descriptionsYou will also support us in the area of “Customer Training”For our annual Checkmk Conference, you will help with ticket sales and provide support before, during and after the conferenceYou will take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with various colleagues, thereby you are supporting our sales teamYour profileYou are registered as a student (m/f/d) in a business focused course or alike or in a course of study related to ITYou like to help customers and colleagues and your communication skills are very goodYou have an independent way of working
