Senior Data Analyst

Following Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation's acquisition of the Pacific Cross Group, we're expanding our Regional Data & Analytics team to support our growing operations across the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst, preferably with experience in insurance, to help transform regional data into meaningful business insights. • LEVEL: Senior Data Analyst 1 (RF3/S1 | Individual Contributor) • Deployment: Medical Division (Pacific Cross) | Regional ITC • Work Location & Schedule: Rockwell Makati City | Mon to Fri – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (60% RTO) Your Role: As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our Actuarial, Claims, and Management teams, analyzing data from our regional Google Cloud Platform data warehouse to support pricing, reserving, claims analysis, and strategic decision-making. Your role: • Build dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools. • Assist in analyzing premium and claims data to support actuarial and business reporting. • Develop reliable SQL queries and reusable datasets for reporting and analysis. • Validate data accuracy and reconcile reports against source systems. • Partner with business stakeholders across multiple countries to answer key business questions. • Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data quality and strengthen reporting capabilities. Qualifications: Non-negotiables: • At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence • Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills. • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have: • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or cloud data warehouses. • Experience working in a regional or multi-country organization. • Experience in insurance is highly preferred.
