About This Program

BMW SpeedUp Trainee Program is an 18-month leadership development scheme. Fellows rotate across R&D, Production, Sales, and Finance, with mandatory international and plant-floor assignments. Specialty tracks: Technology, Business, or Finance.

What You'll Do

4-6 rotations × 3-6 months (international + plant floor mandatory)
Work on electric mobility (BMW i), autonomous driving, premium design
Access to BMW's Driving Academy (perk)
Potential to join Rolls-Royce Motor Cars or MINI subsidiaries

Eligibility

Degree: Master's, MBA, PhD
GPA: German Note 2.0+ (strict)
Preferred Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science
Year Level: graduate, mba1, mba2, phd
