About This Program

Siemens Graduate Program is a 2-year accelerated development scheme for engineers and business grads. Fellows rotate across Smart Infrastructure, Digital Industries, Mobility, and Healthineers, with mandatory international assignment.

What You'll Do

Complete 3-4 rotations × 6 months (minimum 1 international)
Work on IoT, digital twin, automation, electric mobility projects
Access to Siemens Mindsphere (industrial IoT platform)
Potential path to Technical Expert or Management track

Eligibility

Degree: Master's, PhD
GPA: German Note 2.0+ (equivalent to ~3.5 GPA)
Preferred Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Engineering
Year Level: graduate, phd
