About This Program

A 2-year rotational program where recent graduates own product features across Google's core products. APMs rotate across 2 teams (12 months each) and attend international trips with the cohort.

What You'll Do

Own and ship product features across 2 different Google teams
Join an international APM trip (historically to Asia, Europe, Latin America)
Attend weekly product reviews with senior leadership
Build lasting network with APM alumni (now at OpenAI, Figma, Stripe, Airbnb)

Degree: Bachelor's
GPA: 3.5+ typically
Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Any technical
Year Level: senior
