About This Program

The RPM program places recent grads directly into PM roles across Meta's family of apps. RPMs rotate every 12 months, gaining exposure to consumer products, infrastructure, and emerging technologies like VR/AR.

What You'll Do

  • Own PM responsibilities on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Reality Labs teams
  • Rotate every 12 months to a different product area
  • Attend RPM retreats and executive mentorship sessions
  • Build network with current RPMs and alumni (many now at OpenAI, Anthropic)
