About This Program

GovTech TAP is Singapore's elite graduate program for tech talent in government. 3-year rotation across GovTech products: Singpass (national digital ID), MyInfo (data sharing), Parking.sg, LifeSG, HealthHub. Direct impact on 5M+ Singaporean citizens.

Build citizen-facing products at Smart Nation scale
Rotate across GovTech teams (Singpass, LifeSG, HealthHub, data engineering)

Eligibility

Degree: Bachelor's, Master's
GPA: Good Honours (NUS/NTU/SMU/SIT/SUTD preferred)
Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems
Year Level: senior, graduate

Singapore citizens and PR only. Permanent civil service role after programme.

Compensation Breakdown

Base Salary

SGD 60k-72k

Year 1 Total

SGD 75k

S$60-72K + 1 month AWS + performance bonus. Lower than private tech but Civil Service pension + stability.
