About This Program

Bosch Graduate Program is a 24-month leadership scheme for engineering and business graduates. Rotate across Mobility Solutions (automotive), Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods (power tools), and Energy & Building Technology.

What You'll Do

4 rotations × 6 months across Bosch divisions
Work on autonomous driving, EV components, IoT appliances
Mandatory international rotation (US, China, India, or Brazil)
Access to Bosch Rexroth (industrial automation) and Bosch Mobility

Eligibility

Degree: Master's, PhD
GPA: German Note 2.0+
Preferred Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics
Year Level: graduate, phd
