IB Super Days & Offers Begin
Elite boutiques (Evercore, Centerview, Lazard) extend offers in June. Goldman, MS, JPM close Super Days by late June. Decisions required within 24-48 hours of offer.
Quant Trading Summer 2026 Applications OPEN
Jane Street Estimathon opens. Citadel OA goes live. HRT and Optiver begin accepting applications.

FAANG New Grad SWE Applications OPEN
Google, Amazon, Microsoft open applications in early July. Apply within 48 hours of posting β recruiting is rolling and spots fill FAST. Return offer deadlines typically 2 weeks.
Google APM Program Applications OPEN
Google APM is the most prestigious β <1% acceptance. Essay quality matters more than resume. Prepare 3-5 drafts before deadline.
MBB Consulting Full-Time Applications OPEN
MBB apps open in mid-July. McKinsey Solve, BCG Casey, and Bain SOVA tests go live. Begin case prep NOW if not already.
August

FAANG Phone Screens Begin
LeetCode Medium questions dominate. Target 50+ problems solved before interviews. Mock interviews highly recommended.
MBB Case Interviews Begin (Round 1)
First round cases + PEI (Personal Experience Interview). McKinsey Solve test must be passed first. Candidates typically do 30-50 mock cases before round 1.

Big 4 Consulting Applications CLOSE (Early Decision)
Big 4 recruit rolling but target schools get first access. Apply by September 15 for best chance.
McKinsey, Bain, BCG Round 2 Super Days
Round 2 is with Partners. Expect 2 cases + behavioral + fit interview. Decisions typically within 1 week.
Jane Street + Citadel OA Deadlines
Mental math + probability puzzles. Target 95%+ on OAs. Jane Street Estimathon requires fast calculation (10 questions, 5 min).

Most FAANG offers come with 2-week deadlines. Negotiation window is tight. Leverage competing offers for best packages.
MBB Offers Extended (Round 2 Results)
MBB offers typically require 2-week decision. Leverage multiple offers (McKinsey vs Bain vs BCG) for signing bonus negotiation.
PMF (Presidential Management Fellows) Applications OPEN
PMF application window: Sept 15 - Oct 5 only. Essays require 3-4 drafts. US citizenship + advanced degree required.

APM Program Final Round Super Days
Google APM has 4 interviews: product design, strategy, analytical, behavioral. Meta RPM focuses on product sense + execution.
FBI Honors Internship Applications OPEN (Next Cycle)
FBI Honors applications for next summer open now. 6-month background investigation begins immediately.

APM offers come with 2-3 week deadlines. Google APM offers ~40 spots globally. Meta RPM extends ~30 offers. Decisions made in late December.

Super Days at Canary Wharf. 4-6 interviews with VPs/Directors. Technical IB knowledge required (DCF, LBO, accounting).

Civil Service Fast Stream Applications OPEN
Fast Stream window: September-November. Online tests (Civil Service Judgement Test, Verbal, Numerical). Only 3% acceptance rate.
UK Industry Graduate Schemes OPEN (BBC, BP, Shell, Rolls-Royce)
UK industry schemes run September-December. Rolls-Royce and BP emphasize engineering backgrounds. BBC is <1% acceptance.

FCA app window: October-December. Target finance/law/economics backgrounds.

Fast Stream FSAC (Assessment Centre) Begins
FSAC includes group exercise, written exercise, policy briefing, 1-on-1 interview. Pass rate <5%.

BBC Journalism Trainee Deadline
BBC application closes January 15. Journalism portfolio required. Only 25 trainees from 5,000+ applicants.

US Fall Recruiting
fallUS recruiting is dominated by Fall. Internships applied in July-October, full-time offers converted in August-December. New grads start June-September.
